What Nobody Tells GenXers About Retirement Planning
Ten years ago, I changed careers, and something unexpected happened.
I didn’t know it then, but I stumbled into a new offensive-minded retirement strategy.
All we’ve ever been told is to save and invest, save and invest, rinse and repeat.
That’s all fine and good BUT…
What about earning?
Why not set ourselves up to earn doing stuff we actually enjoy doing while keeping ourselves relevant in the process?
Wouldn’t that be more future-proof than hoping you don’t outlive your savings or the market tanks?
After all, we are fortunate to live in a time where there are so many ways to earn without busting our asses.
Besides, telling us that saving and investing is the ONLY way is outdated anyway.
It reminds me of the line we were sold when we were young.
Remember when society and career counselors (aka College Sales Reps) told us we HAD TO go to college or we were failures?
It was college at any cost.
Even if it meant taking out a guaranteed student loan, that was like having an anchor tied around your neck, weighing you down for most of your adult life.
(Side note: people think this is a millennial issue… which it is but, it was us Gen Xers who were the guinea pigs for this scam).
So anyway, why am I telling you all this?
Well, I created a report I call the Gen eXit Playbook.
If you are interested, you can check it out here:

You’ll see why this is the future and get some strategies to consider for building your offensive retirement portfolio.
